At our club we run the following classes. Please read the below with the rules for each class:
Tamiya Stock:

For all classes, chassis must have a ride height of 5mm on chassis and 9mm on the bodyshell. Body must be painted.
Battery and charging rules:
1. All batteries used must be in conformance with the BRCA Approved Battery List.
2. All LiPO batteries must be charged in a LiPO bag and supervised at all times. Any batteries found charging unsupervised will be disconnected.
3. In accordance with the BRCA rules, the maximum voltage a single LiPo cell can be charged to is 4.2v, with a maximum charge rate of 1c. i.e. 4800mA battery may be charged at a maximum 4.8A.
4. Swollen or damaged batteries are NOT to be used.
5. A 2s Lipo may only be charged to 7.4V. BRCA approved 7.6V Lipos are allowed however are not to be charged to 7.6V
These rules are implemented to safeguard everybody and are followed at all times. If you are unsure or have any questions please ask a member of the committee.
Anybody not complying with the above will be asked to leave with immediate effect.
